Flavor
Pre-teen Black girl, blue baseball cap, olive jacket, denim skirt, brown satchel. Snaps selfies with crowds — the camera flash converts them into customers.

Backstory
Harmony Okafor started her food blog at age nine, on the family iPad, with seventeen followers (most of them her cousins). By eleven she had eight hundred thousand. By twelve, the Foodogeki Corporation called. They didn't want her to advertise food trucks; they wanted her to *be* a food truck — or rather, to be the card that *makes* a food truck go viral. She negotiated her own contract. She negotiated her own school schedule. She negotiated, somehow, a clause that prevents the Federation from showing her face on merchandise without her approval. Her selfies still hit harder than any other attract card in the legendary tier. The flash, lore-wise, isn't the camera. It's her.
