Action Roles
Foodogeki cards are organized by what they do — not by visual theme or aesthetic. The eight role categories below are the canonical taxonomy. A card's role tells you what it targets, what it ignores, and how it earns its slot in your deck.
Attract
"The line forms here."
Converts undecided people into customers of your food truck. The win condition for most decks runs through Attract cards.
9 cards
Attack
"Card-on-card. No undecided people, no buildings."
Targets only opponent cards. Pure combat — does not attract undecided people, does not destruct buildings.
4 cards
Destructor
"Targets the building. Ignores everything else."
Targets opponent food truck or stock tower only. Does not engage cards, undecided people, or population.
3 cards
Disruptor
"The customer pays less than the menu says."
Targets opponent's already-customers. Swaps their cash for counterfeit, reducing their payment when they reach the opponent's truck.
1 card
Loot
"I never saw any money."
Steals money from opponent's customers. Pure debuff — the money is lost, not gained by you.
1 card
Spell
"Instant. Often AoE. Always tactical."
Instant or AoE effects. Buffs, debuffs, area damage, control.
5 cards
Building
"Stationary. Patient. Inevitable."
Stationary structures with their own HP and lifeline. Some spawn troops; some absorb damage; some pulse AoE effects.
5 cards
Support Crew
"Not a played card. Just always there."
Auto-triggered support crew that don't take a deck slot. Stock Man refills your stock depot when supplies run low; Mech Man douses fires and patches the food truck when it takes damage.
