Backstory
Aiden McCabe earned three Michelin stars before he turned thirty-five, lost one in 2022 over a sourdough scandal, and walked away from the restaurant world entirely in 2023. The Foodogeki Corporation found him running a single-truck operation in Edinburgh, charging £6 for a sandwich that customers described as "transcendent" and his accountant described as "ruinous." The Federation offered him a card. He accepted under one condition: he keeps the spatula. The same spatula he's used for fifteen years. The same spatula that, in the right hands, hits harder than most weapons.
