All Cards › Twiggies
3 This card is documented from design notes, but it isn't in the delivered game roster. Costs, stats, and even its name may change before release — or it may never ship. The sections below show what's been written so far; anything missing (combat stats, impact profile, advanced) will fill in once the card lands in the build.
At a glance
How to play
Send Twiggies behind a frontliner — air-class means most ground defenders can't reach them.
AOE air-detection cards (Robbie's flash) wipe all three.
Flavor
Trio of round teal-green chubby birds with chunky little wings, each holding a tiny scroll-twig in its beak. Hummingbird-style flight. Drops invitation notes on parachutes that pop into confetti.
"*tweet. confetti pop.*"
Backstory
The Twiggies were originally a glitch. The Foodogeki Corporation's earliest spawner-building prototype (later named the Squak Box) was supposed to spawn pigeons. What came out instead was a trio of chubby teal birds carrying tiny scroll-twigs in their beaks, flying like hummingbirds, deeply confused. The Federation tried to fix the bug. The bug fixed itself by becoming, demonstrably, the most efficient crowd-conversion troop the prototype ever produced. The team renamed them "Twiggies" and wrote their existence into the canon. Nobody has ever explained where the parachutes come from.
