All Cards › Dust Devil
3 At a glance
Functional impact
Deals 50 per hit at Level 9. What it does:
- Attack — damages enemy cards, truck, support crew, and stock tower (50)
- Displace — pulls enemy cards and support crew toward the vortex
How to play
Drop it into tight enemy clusters to scatter their lineup. Great for breaking up push formations and setting up follow-up attacks while opponents are out of position.
Ranged units and high-HP tanks shrug off the shuffle. Hit it fast from a distance before it disorganizes your frontline.
Flavor
A whirling menace that twists and tosses enemies out of formation.

Backstory
A weather-control experiment gone right. The Federation's stagecraft team built the first Dust Devil to punctuate championship intros — a controlled indoor tornado that scattered confetti on cue. A junior technician left the pull setting on during a rehearsal and dragged the reigning champion's food cart four tiles across the floor. The video went viral. Within a season it was a sanctioned spell, sold in a metal canister with a warning label that everyone laminates and nobody reads.
