How to play
Place near contested contested crowds — pulse pulls AND loots simultaneously.
AoE radius is wide — opponents that walk customers near it WILL get drained.
Flavor
Teal wooden street booth labeled 'TASTEBOOTH' with a FatKat standing inside behind the counter, two steaming coffee cups and trays of free samples on the counter, doughnut wall behind him. AoE bell-pulse fires periodically — every undecided person and customer in range is affected. Undecided people are attracted; opponent's customers are looted (counterfeit cash swap). FatKat does not leave.

Backstory
The Nori Nook started as a Federation experiment: a building that combined attract and loot in one structure. The original prototype had a Nori behind the counter, but the Nori couldn't perform the counterfeit-cash swap (Noris don't have hands free of trays). The lore team swapped FatKat in. FatKat agreed on the condition that he gets to stay inside, and he doesn't have to walk anywhere. The booth's bell-pulse was added when the prototype team realized customers wouldn't approach a stationary booth without an audible cue. The bell now rings every few seconds. The bell, lore-wise, is a single brass bell from a 1940s diner that closed on 8th Avenue. Nobody knows how the Federation got it.
